W. J. Sia Law Chambers was founded by Ms. Jasmine Sia Wan Jin on 2 November 2020. The firm is a disputes-focused practice advising on contractual, commercial, corporate, and land-related matters. We represent businesses, property owners, and private clients in contentious matters, delivering clear legal analysis, strategic judgment, and practical solutions.
The principal has prior experience as in-house legal counsel at a large multinational organisation. This experience provides a strong understanding of commercial operations, risk management, and corporate decision-making, which informs the firm’s litigation strategy and dispute resolution approach.
Across the years since the firm’s establishment, it regularly advises international clients, including those based in Singapore, China, Indonesia, Dubai, Japan, and the United Kingdom. Our team is multilingual, fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
